David is a fully qualified and licensed carpenter/builder with an extensive knowledge of the building industry. This knowledge has been gained through 30 years of experience.

‘Meet the builder’ is David’s guiding philosophy, giving clients the peace of mind that they are dealing with the builder. No misunderstanding, no broken promises, no budget blowout and completion on time. Our happy clients hear it all straight from David.

Often found onsite, David is very hands-on with the tools, overseeing and working closely with his trades to ensure every aspect of each new home build is completed to his high expectations and that clients are happy with the direction and quality of construction throughout.

David’s knowledge and relationships with all Townsville’s estates mean that your home will not only be your dream home but it will complement your surrounds. Investment packages are a specialised build and David has cost effective design that will promise the highest yield for your dollar.

Matt Hardy
Project Manager

Matt has been a Project Manager / Site Supervisor for 10 of his 25 years in construction.  What he brings to this role is transparency and good workmanship.  Matt prides himself on trying to have open communication with trades, staff and new house owners.  He is a hands-on Project Manager and will get in to help if the need arises.   

Matt has owned his own business and subcontracted to local businesses over the years as a carpenter. This has given him a great insight of all trades, their processes and timelines; problems that could arise and how to solve them.  He enjoys putting the pieces of the puzzle together to make it whole. 

Collectively, Matt has worked for Homes by DJ Jones for approximately 5 years, in both a contract carpenter’s role and that of a Project Manager / Site Supervisor.  He likes to see local business thrive.  The potential to build quality homes and the professionalism of the trades that work with Homes by DJ Jones are qualities that he wants to be around in his working career. 

Simone Chandler
Design Consultant

Simone will be your first point of contact when you visit our display home or make an enquiry. She has worked in the new home building industry for over 12 years as both a Design Consultant and Project Manager. She will guide you through the process from initial discussion to signing your building contract.

Tish Frost
Selections / Project Administrator

Tish's role is to aid our clients from contract signing onwards, ensuring all important documents are submitted and signed. She will help guide you through all of your new home selections and will work with you throughout the build to handover and beyond.
